We at Anti-Splat-Aero are proud to offer another new service, (THE NOSE WHEEL BEARING MOD) as a partial solution to some of the nose gear leg fears of many RV-A model builders, current owners and potential buyers of these wonderful aircraft. Our efforts turned out to be well worth the time and energy as we were able to introduce two revolutionary products. After approximately four months of design, engineering and testing, learning and improving along the way. We now feel our newest service (THE NOSE WHEEL BEARING MOD) in conjunction with “THE NOSE JOB” and “LIP-SKID” offers the most logical, simple and inexpensive improvements that can be utilized  in an effort to address these gear leg concerns and violent shimmy issues. These products allow the Van’s nose gear leg to function as designed without interfering with its dynamics or operation in any way. Our products have been discussed in great depth with hundreds of posts, comments, questions, answers and opinions on all of the forums for Vans RV aircraft. A vast amount of information is available there and makes for some very interesting as well as informative reading. Please note that this is a service we perform on your existing nose wheel. You would need to send in your nose wheel to have this service performed or call us to inquire about possible core exchange program if inventory allows. This service cannot be performed on the beringer nose wheel. When reinstalling be sure to torque axle bolt to 25ft lbs. Thank you
